What impressed me most actually happened the day before my appointment. I had a flat tire and was stranded on the side of the road when, incredibly, a Midas employee stopped to help me and changed my tire! That kind of kindness and customer service is rare these days.

“After an accident there is always distress. The last thing one needs is more hassle. I called a few places and the response was rude or on hold forever. I called Glidden's, and received a welcoming response. We took our car to Glidden's. They explained every step clearly, and also asked if I needed to call Enterprise to rent the car. They work directly with my obscure insurance company, and delivered the car, fixed, shiny and bright! The repairs took about a month, because the parts took forever to get here. But as soon as they got the part, they worked on it. I also got weekly updates about the car. Amazing group of folks! I highly recommend them.”
