We could find no one in Southwest Harbor to help us, so we drove to the AutoZone in Ellsworth, ME and found Jacob to help us out! “After an accident there is always distress. The last thing one needs is more hassle. I called a few places and the response was rude or on hold forever. I called Glidden's, and received a welcoming response. We took our car to Glidden's. They explained every step clearly, and also asked if I needed to call Enterprise to rent the car. They work directly with my obscure insurance company, and delivered the car, fixed, shiny and bright! The repairs took about a month, because the parts took forever to get here. But as soon as they got the part, they worked on it. I also got weekly updates about the car. Amazing group of folks! I highly recommend them.”
