In addition to that, I ordered the part while inside the store, and it was ready within minutes. Buying it online was cheaper because there was a coupon code that the low beam was eligible for.”

“Moody's Collison is definitely the place you want to go to, especially when dealing with an accident claim. They handle themselves very professionally but also are so caring at making sure the customer has a good experience. Auto repairs can be expensive and depending on the type of accident, also traumatizing. They handled everything with so much grace. They want to make sure they do right for the customer. Thank you for taking care of my damaged vehicle when other body shops in bangor didn't even care, and couldn't care less about if it got fixed or not. I appreciate how well they handled the insurance claim when others just stick up their nose to them. Also, a shout out to Terry and Megan for being great with customer service and to the ones in the back who fixed it. A big thank you as well.”

“After an accident there is always distress. The last thing one needs is more hassle. I called a few places and the response was rude or on hold forever. I called Glidden's, and received a welcoming response. We took our car to Glidden's. They explained every step clearly, and also asked if I needed to call Enterprise to rent the car. They work directly with my obscure insurance company, and delivered the car, fixed, shiny and bright! The repairs took about a month, because the parts took forever to get here. But as soon as they got the part, they worked on it. I also got weekly updates about the car. Amazing group of folks! I highly recommend them.”
