She did a good job of explaining the differences in the mattresses we narrowed our choice to and while she did mention that there were other options with more springs, foam, etc. I never felt like we were being pushed to get a mattress that was more than we had planned to spend.
She was also knowledgable about delivery as we need it delivered after our movers deliver our goods.”

“I bought a wonderful sofa/bed several years ago but this year I was sliding it out of the way and one of the legs snapped off. I'm sure it was past any warranty period but the Richard Parks team added a visit onto a trip they were making to deliver furniture in my neck of the woods. The repair was not simple but they accomplished it and I wasn't charged anything! The first 2 photos are of the leg that snapped and my temporary solution. That they tested to make sure worked properly before they left. I’m paying what I think to be a nominal price too. Retail just under 1000k each and my total leasing cost will be right around 2500. That’s pretty damn good all things considered. 1.they financed me 2. They delivered AND installed. 3. The hoses and plug they brought with them to install the washer with saved me a lot of up front cost, hell I don’t know they might not have even charged me for them!”
