“Unlike what a lot of people are saying here, I experienced great customer service. The person who helped us was named Austin, so if his manager sees this please give him a raise. He was great. He helped us pick a plan based on our phone usage and everything. He was even helping my sister pick a phone and case that would match. Even though we finished well after 6:00 pm, the closing time, he was still very nice about it. We were very pleased with our representative.”
