UScellular provides great customer service, with staff described as friendly, helpful, and an amazing asset. Representatives explain everything in detail, help pick plans based on usage, and assist in selecting phones. They fix billing errors and technical difficulties to customers' satisfaction, work to secure cheaper bills and the best deals, and are very nice even when staying after closing time. The Ellsworth location handles large crowds well. Customers report being very pleased with their service.

I’ve been a customer for a just a short time with US Cellular. I’ve had several billing issues. Each time I’ve gone in to the store Derek, Deidre or their other sales people are friendly and helpful.
