I went in with a sim card issue on my iPhone 13 and left with an iPhone 15 pro max and a new iPad. James gave me the best advice and explained all of my options clearly. My boyfriend and I spent a few hours at Verizon on a Saturday, which doesn’t sound like fun, but James made it a friendly, and welcoming experience. I got two brand new devices and my bill went down! James was great to chat with as well. He even made me some coffee during my visit! I have never felt more well informed and confident in my cell phone carrier than I did at yesterday’s visit. “Our associate Ryan was so very helpful, despite a terrible flaw in the AT&T system that was not allowing for processing of a new phone upgrade. He was so patient, has exceptional customer service skills and made sure we left satisfied with adding an additional line and device to our plan. He was personable and made us feel welcome despite the hiccups I usually find in a wireless store when making a large change. Kudos to Ryan, he’s a genuine and considerate employee.”

“I recently needed to replace an old cracked screen phone and went to this U.S. Cellular location. I was looking for a particular iPhone model and color and called ahead to verify it was in stock and the customer service in store picked right up and said they could hold it since it was the last one they had in stock no problem. Thomas, my wireless consultant, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the phone as I had more than a few since it was a big upgrade from the phone I had last (iPhone 6S to iPhone Mini 13!). He also was straightforward with offering, but not pressuring re: options to change my plan and other aspects of the paperwork. Last he helped place screen protector and transfer all I needed. So all in all a five star customer service experience. My only gripe is this location, being in the mall, it has taken much longer other times in the past to get help when they are busy with only two or so areas to help customers get setup and that has led to longer wait times- so I'd call ahead like I did if it's a busier time a day. I also think for how long I've been a customer for they could offer money off accessories or a new phone . Obviously service varies depending on where you live and travel, but US Cellular has been good to me so I'll stick with them.”
“This place always has the best customer service I came in with my phone to get it fixed which was not easy because it’s not a common problem and victor was able to fix it he kept trying and trying until he got it he could of just told me it was junk and I Would of belived him but he got it fixed great customer service. And it was a little past 8pm and he probably could have just closed the store down and go home but instead he fixed my problem. Thanks Victor.”
