“We are new to the area and had heard through others what a great guy Doug is and we ended up finding that out for ourselves!! On our way out one afternoon our vehicle suddenly began to run really rough and the engine light came on so we pulled into Doug's shop. Not only did he stop working on the vehicle he had on the hoist to look at ours but after quickly diagnosing the problem (which was just a darn spark plug wire that came loose) he went and found another used on from the shop, put it on and sent us on our way with a smile and a wave! Customer service, this shop gets a 10 out of 10 in my books!! Although he didn't ask for anything we gave him $20 for his time and booked our vehicle in to have all new plugs and wires installed. We have also found our new mechanic here in Perth-Andover, thanks so much, Doug!!!”
