The staff was amazing I was looking for a specific item. She informed me they were out of stock then checked the next truck arriving to see if they would have one tomorrow. They would not so she checked inventory at several other stores. It was very helpful. I will definitely go back to this store in Freeport Maine.

In general, it's a nice store and the service is nice, but the quality of GAP has dropped massively, although I can't say whether it's the store or GAP in general. I found several sweaters and pants that were all stained and you basically don't know if you can get them out in the wash. The store manager was willing to give an extra discount, but that doesn't really solve the problem. A real shame, but I won't be shopping there again. Sorry.

It's a GAP Factory store. It is exactly as you would expect it to be. Clean, modern, well stocked, neat. There was really no customer service to speak of honestly. They employees stood around talking to each other until they had to ring someone up. It wasn't a horrible experience, nor was it a great experience. The clothes I feel have somewhat staid the same and I always know what to expect. Which is kind of nice.

Good selections, good prices. One caveat - always remember the items sold at the outlets are not identical to the merchandise sold in the retail stores, nor is the quality level the same.

My problem was not with the employees as they were pleasant and helpful. The problem is with gap and old navy leggings. The inner seam will slide over to the middle of your leg. Certainly not a good look and certainly not a good thing considering the price you pay even at the outlet. So pretty sure I will be done with the leggings from both the Gap and Old Navy. One more thing regarding just old navy, I purchased a pair of sweatpants and matching sweatshirt a few months back. After 1 wash the sweatpants are now capris and the bottom of the sweatshirt is all stretched out and they were not inexpensive. Just very disappointed.Lonna Marinaro

When I come up to Maine I do my clothes shopping in Freeport. The Gap has very good deals. I usually get Jeans and button shirts here. My experience was good and the the employees are very friendly and try and help you as much as possible. I have no complaints.

You take a children's training suit where all of them are 25 euros, but one of them is 35.

My mistakes..?
I find the second one (same number) which is advertised for 25 euros and the saleswoman takes the price from the expensive one and wants to charge 35. And explains to me that it's ok...
So the saleswoman explains to me that you have to pay 35 euros more even though she can see for herself that the price is 25 euros..
That's called cheating
I will never buy anything here again...
