If you're in a rush and want to be treated with respect don't go here. I stood there waiting in line for 10 minutes as two workers had a casual non-relevant conversation with another customer and then I was given an attitude.

Napa isn't what it used to be. The quality of their customer service matches that of their equally sad parts. ? Totally padded reviews.4/12 A canned, copy and paste response from the owner? Spare me.
