“The staff are always extremely pleasant and willing to help. The layout of the store was a bit confusing at first (many levels to the store!) but the staff are more than willing to help out. Cannot stress how wonderful the deals are! Why can't every store be an outlet store? Am I right? Hahaha LOL. Anyways-- I highly recommend a stop into this lovely local treasure.”

“Nice Ski shop in Freeport. Busy when I was there. Associate was knowledgeable and helpful finding me a pair of Ski Boots. Reasonable prices, modest selection. Met my needs nicely.”

“Great staff. Amazing product. Customers expect basic trendy outdoor products like LL. bean and junk like that. This gear is preferred by outdoor professionals and ex military specialists. Yes the product does last yes it has a limited lifetime warranty unlike competitors. Clothing is ethically sourced not from one place.Anyone who knocks this product are very mistaken and close minded to better products.”

“It was decent for an outlet store, but I was looking for more of the standard retail for flies and local information that I've become use to from the company”

“If you want to find a good bargain, you have navigate to the 2nd floor and to the back area where they have the closet area for the shoes. There are some clothing racks that contain deeply discounted and clearance items. My wife found a fleece jacket, normally retails for $89.99, marked down to below $30 and offered an additional 50% off letting me wife walk away with a bulky fleece jack for under $18 with tax. The only flaw in the jacket was some stitching come loose around the wrist area which my wife was able to repair on her own.Customer service is decent, not great, because they can't seem to figure out the computer system when discounts don't get applied or they claim corporate doesn't allow them to override certain prices on some items. You can get some decent Under Armour items here but their focus is on athletic wear and less on traditional clothing.”

“Purchased some really comfortable sandals at this location a while ago. The store was a little crowded but the service representatives were helpful with finding my size. I wanted a supportive but not low-quality sandal and I found some BOC’s there. They are leather and have held up well over a couple of summer’s so far. The prices there were reasonable and either way the quality is usually found at these stores so the steeper price is worth it when I have had to pay it.”

“Kind of hectic and stressful inside, the prices are pretty good but the selection is limited. I was in there for a long time before I was helped. The staff were nice but they were certainly preoccupied with others.”

“Recently wanted to purchase some wind chimes which were not listed on their website. I had purchased before from the home store at their flagship location. Upon calling I was greeted by a friendly employee who explained the options available and their differences. Took my order over the phone and said it would be shipped later that day. The wind chimes (modeled after buoys in various harbors around the country and made in the USA) were delivered for free two days later and before Christmas! Excellent customer service and quality items offered for sale.”
