Unbelievable! Another day without a delivery! Critical packages that tracking shows as "Out for delivery" for days, checks that are desperately needed - and we get nothing! We're lucky to see one mail delivery each week for the past month or more. The counter staff tries to help, but who's in charge of this fiasco?

It's always wonderful to be treated like a common criminal when trying to move to a town. Especially because we all KNOW how well post offices communicate. /sarcasm

I don't go that often but have always found the staff very helpful, efficient and personable. Ms Carter went out of her way to help me today.
