Emailed the pdf file in at 9am, got response at 9:03, and was informed of available pickup at 10:00. I came in with my sister’s wedding bouquet — delicate, sentimental, and destined to be preserved as a keepsake. It needed to be overnighted with extreme care, and the team at FedEx treated it like it was their own family heirloom.
