“Had a bad experience at the Bangor store employees not helpful. Called and spoke to Monique at the Dover Foxcroft store and she went out of her way to help us. Great customer service and so appreciated. Nice to see good customer service still matters.”

“Local Hardware Store. Many employees for it's small size. I am clueless with DIY tasks, and they try their best to help little old me. Prices are no doubt higher then big chains, but having a local place that has good selection and people who you can talk to, IMO outweighs the cons. Shop local!”
