Walgreens pharmacy staff, including two patient gentlemen and a helpful young man named Kenneth, provide dedicated service despite the busy and complex nature of their work. They handle hundreds of prescriptions daily, manage insurance issues, and assist with referrals. Front staff are friendly and helpful most of the time. While some customers feel the store has been declining recently, they appreciate the effort and kindness of the employees, especially when dealing with important and expensive medications.
Under appreciated employees. Very good customer service and it actually has a legit waiting area for vaccines.

Walgreens in Hamden- Spencer and the pharmacy team goes above and beyond to help the customer. I experience this every-time I pick up medication and I’ve seen it with other customers. Thank you for all you do!
