“Dr D’onofrio is one of, if not THE best human I’ve ever been lucky enough to cross paths with. As an added bonus any fur baby under her gentle care KNOWS they are loved, she is an animal whisperer AND a people whisperer as well! After a visit with her, my pets feel better and so do I!!!!!! She is good for all of our souls!!”

“I love this clinic. Everyone is very kind, toward both the pets as well as toward their concerned owners. I'm an anxious pet owner, but I always feel that my concerns are treated with respect, attention, and grace. My cat is a feisty tortie, but she, too, is treated with calming love and patience.”

“My dog Rocky was hit by a moose, a bus, and a bus riding a moose all in the same afternoon. I brought him in for a check up just to be sure he was ok. Rocky being Rocky, he shrugged it off. But I was shaken by the ordeal. The valorous staff at Bath Animal Hospital made a cute nest of blankets in the corner of a warm calming room and I curled up and wept. Rocky sat and looked on with a touch of disdain as the staff talked me through my trauma. By the time they were done explaining the meaning of life, how to make the perfect mac and cheese, and Lie's concept of a continuous group of transformations without the assumption of the differentiability of the functions defining the group, I finally felt better. These people are truly equals to the sages of old and should assume their place in the pantheon alongside Aristotle, Aurelious, and Dee Snyder. All photographs are real and professionally photographed by a professional photographer. 100% real. Like the news.”

“Dr. Norman is incredible! He is exemplary in the way he inspects and accesses your animal— top to bottom— regardless of what brings your pet to the vet. He often mentions things that you would not have thought of, or comments on aspects of your animal’s health to look out for, along with addressing any health concerns that brought them to the clinic in the first place. He is incredibly thorough and has a fabulous connection with animals. The front of house staff are wonderful and professional, managing multi-tasking beautifully, as the clinic is always busy. The pharmacy, although often also very busy, does a great job in getting medications filled as quickly as possible. The space itself is very clean. We have an aging dog and two cats and have been very grateful for the care they have received here.”

“Staff are so pleasant! My cat, Callie, wasn't nearly as stressed out as I thought she would be, and I feel the staff and environment helped with that a lot!!!”

“Great experience for 7 years. You’ve been wonderful. Great care and communication until today. I took my dog to a specialist for teeth and you transferred my records and canceled me. I’m sorry for the confusion.?”
