“This small town Post Office is really great and knowledgeable, been living in town since 2014. I ship my wife's packages from the office, and our carrier is really great at their job.Inside the office you are greeted by friendly staff members. Always willing to help you ship the safest and feasible way. I have seen people from other towns come to this office just because of the service.Delivery from this office is always reliable, and on time.”

“This review is for the Norway Post Office in-house staff only, as we can't speak to delivery on the street. We either go to the PO Box or the front desk inside, so this addresses the staff inside the Norway Post Office on Main Street, Norway, ME. The federal post office system can be a tough, thankless job, but the local Norway mail clerks and front desk staff have been great. Very efficient, attentive and friendly. If you have an issue, they help you fix it. Even the Norway Postmaster took the time to patiently look into an issue and help solve a problem. Kudos to the staff inside the Norway Post Office! Thank you for your hard work! On another note, the cost of the PO Boxes is way too high, way higher than PO Boxes at other Post Offices. They said there is a reason, but after hearing about it, it does not justify the high cost of those boxes. Outside the Norway site, someone needs to fix the front steps at this Post Office, chunks of concrete falling out of them, holes and uneven pavement - truly an accident waiting to happen! (And the handicapped ramp, is around the side/back somewhere) Yikes!”

“Trish is amazing. She’s helped me out numerous times finding packages that have been lost or sent to the wrong address. They do their best during the worst of days to make sure the post office operates as it should. We all get frustrated when we don’t get our mail, but these guys are always running short staffed because nobody wants to work. That’s not their fault. So when you go in to the post office to grab your mail, or you see your carrier at the mailbox, make sure to say thank you for the effort they do put in, as it often goes unnoticed.”
