I and my business partner recently had the wonderful experience of encountering Joe Thompson. At your brewer, location to help us get flooring for 1 of hour new rental units. To say a breath of fresh air was, I don't understatement. We travel back-and-forth between Maine, California and Florida. And so therefore, getting into the store is not really an option, a lot of times especially when all our employees are busy and especially this time of year, when we're getting everything up And running.
He politely Suggested that, why didn't he just send me some pictures of what you had in stock and that way, we could select and have one of our guys come up and get it. That was way beyond what I expected, and would have ever asked for. This sort of exemplary customer service need to be rewarded. I am in the throes of trying to hire several more Employees, And let's just say it's very hard to find people on the coast of Maine nowadays. I grew up there, I mean, biggest export as a graduate of the university of maine, I love my state, And I love my people. And to find someone who's willing to do that, extra mile like joe is awesome! I want this to get back to someone, I hope it does.

Just had our pellet stove installed today, absolutely in love with it! I grew up with wood heat my whole life, and to finally have one in my own home brings back the nostalgic smell and ambiance I've been missing! I'm looking forward to getting more summer products when the weather gets better!

“It was a very easy process to start an account online. We ordered a beautiful puzzle couch, and approved to buy much more. We'd like to pay the couch off first before starting anything else but the ease is nice. The delivery took some time, but it's a couch so that was expected. If you are looking for something sooner I'd say go into the store. Yes, the price is more in the long run but the convenience is worth. They come and set everything up, will fix or replace with ease. I watched the guys deliver from my ring cam and they did an amazing, fast job. It was icy and wet and cold, and on the 2nd floor and it still only took them 15 minutes. I would recommend Aaron's because we don't always have money for big purchases and they give you that freedom to do so. Some of the reviews are saying that the guys were rude at the Bangor store, please remember when you're going into a store with attitude anywhere, they don't have to take it and expect what you give in return. If you call or go in yelling, expect to be yelled at. Just my two cents. Thank you Aaron's for allowing us to have this beautiful couch and trusting us to pay, we won't let you down!”

“To fully appreciate the value of this particular retailer, you should have some awareness of the watery, bog-like nature of most of Maine. Here is one of the few places situated above the mire, unlike most of the business on the Stillwater Avenue strip, which are slowly sinking like an obese person in quicksand. The self-checkout is really popular here, and there is some kind of barista. There isn't always a huge selection of produce or dairy products, and this serves as a reminder that the place is not a grocery store. To shop here is to experience busy employees in a cozy atmosphere.”
