“We worked with Brittany M to switch from another propane supplier and she was lovely! Everyone I spoke with was kind and willing to help. Our other propane supplier had hold times up to 30+ minutes and we nearly ran out of propane for the first time ever when they made some changes to their company and couldn't keep up with the demand during a snowstorm this winter. I understand that weather can delay delivery and estimation systems aren't perfect, but what was more frustrating for me was trying to get someone on the phone to figure out what was going on. The same week of the busy storm I called Dead River and they answered immediately without any hold times. We could not be happier with the switch and would highly recommend Dead River for your propane/heating needs!”

“We had to have some emergency type work done on our heating unit at the start of this winter season which led to us having to change from natural gas to something else. After calling around & around I was told their too busy to help, call in the spring. Finally, I called Waltz & Sons & spoke with Kevin who was so helpful, knew exactly what we needed & how much. Also had worked on other projects with our heating guy also which was a plus! Then, the 2 guys came to install 2 tanks & the propane.
