“I recently found myself unexpectedly in the market for a vehicle following a collision in which a distracted teenager rear-ended me and totaled my car. “Brian and the guys were exceptional! I had an appointment booked for an emergency vehicle winter tire changeover at another business close by for 8am. Upon arrival they told me they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) do it due to the weight of the vehicle. I called Brian in a panic as we’re at the start of our first winter snowfall. After explaining my situation he said he had no room in the schedule but he’d try to squeeze me in at 1:30 pm recognizing the importance of having a safe ambulance. I brought the ambulance to them and by 1pm they had me in the bays and working on the truck. In the hours I was there I witnessed a steady flow of vehicles in and out. These guys were extremely busy, yet they never complained and were very friendly and helpful. Great job North Street crew! You’re very much appreciated by the crews here in Danforth! Thank you!”

“I live in California and had been searching for a new F150 Raptor but the prices here are all marked up over MSRP, even during this Covid crisis. When searching online I found a really great price on a new 2019 Raptor at York's of Houlton in Maine. I contacted them and Mark Chapman from their Sales team responded immediately. I had the obvious concerns/questions about whether the truck was CA compliant for emissions, and how I would get it here (it's 3500 miles away) safely and as cost effectively as possible. Mark was amazing. He gave me some contacts for shipping companies, confirmed the truck was in fact CA legal and could be registered in my state, and he worked with me on the pricing. We handled all the Financing remotely over email/phone and within a few days the truck was mine. It took me a little time to find a carrier that would get out that way (I recommend Montway, once I connected with them, it only took them 24 hours to find a truck to pick it up) but once it got picked up, I had the truck a week later. I can't say enough about Mark, he stayed in touch with me daily via text and called me when it was important, and is just an all around awesome guy. All my friends thought I was crazy buying this truck from a dealer 3500 miles away but Mark made this process so easy...I wish I could pay him a visit in person and shake his hand. Thank you Mark!”

“I've been using this garage since we moved here in 2019. Brad(old owner) and the Jason's( new owners) plus shop crew are absolutely wonderful to do business with, they've always gone above and beyond with whatever service they're providing for my vehicles I have two that I bring in frequently. Any time I've called they have gotten us in quick and no matter the the job they always get it done in a timely manner. The prices are very competitive/ reasonable. All of the staff are super friendly and never mind when I have kiddos in tow even when they're starting to get a little ancy in the waiting area. It's just an all around dependable great shop and I'd highly recommend to anyone.”

“I had 2 landscape trailer tires replaced. Robert took my order and said he'd call me when ready. Maybe 1.5hrs later I got the call and good to go for just over $200. Very pleased with today's service. Thank you!”
