Pioneer Broadband has been a local company that provides fast and reliable fiber internet. Customer say the service works even when it goes down for a couple of minutes and always comes back. Customer service is friendly, approachable and excellent; tech support calls back within 15 minutes and even calls to schedule an upgrade to fiber. Prices are very reasonable and the company is great and awesome. When an issue with a router, employees talked through what to do to reconnected. All support local businesses and rely on the spectacular connectivity that Pioneer Broadband has.

We moved to Houlton in part because of Pioneer Broadband's spectacular fiber internet, and it has not disappointed. We rely on our connectivity, and Pioneer has been flawlessly fast and reliable. Prices are very reasonable, and customer service has been great.
