I am all for supporting local businesses and not some huge company based in another state. Anytime I've had an issue, I've called and tech support calls me back within 15 minutes. The company actually called me when it was time to upgrade to fiber to schedule installation. Friendly, approachable employees who provide excellent customer service.

They are the only provider that services my area - and I am very thankful to have internet at all but it can be hard to connect with them. If you need tech support to see if there's an outage or why something isn't working you have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. It has gone out several times for very short periods of time - like a minute - just long enough to kick me off my programs for work and then it'll reconnect. I have also been disconnected without notice when forgetting to update an expiration date with the card on file. Yes, i should have updated it but a call would have been nice before cutting off service. If everything's running smoothly, the quality is good. Just challenging when there's an issue.

We moved to Houlton in part because of Pioneer Broadband's spectacular fiber internet, and it has not disappointed. We rely on our connectivity, and Pioneer has been flawlessly fast and reliable. Prices are very reasonable, and customer service has been great.

I love my fiber optic I have never had a problem with service. I had an issue with my own router, and they talked me through on what to do to get reconnected. What an awesome company

Really enjoy the service I get from Pioneer Broadband. They are always helpful and usually are able to address any situation I have with my business internet and phone. Have had very little problems since the install. I do live in town and close to their main office.

Not helpful with any of the issues we experience.. not willing to reach out to customers via phone. They demand you pay a month in advance for there service, but 85% of the time 1/3 of the channels don’t come in. Have been told for a year now that they need to replace a receiver, but haven’t done so. No refund, Courtesy call or a letter from anyone.Wouldn’t recommend

Need to get rid of the channels that have issues and add more channels that work if your gonna up the prices, FS1 +FS2 + Olimpic channels should be added,Quest chanel says a certain program is on and it's something completely different and the channels go out , but the internet is excellent.Thinking about canceling the cable and finding a package on the internet with less issues,and of more of I want to watch.
