A quiet and contemplative place with friendly people. Rooms are modest but air-conditioned and cozy in a way that certain people will find very enlivening.

Very kind people. Beautiful grounds. The rooms are showing their age but everything works and is clean. They have a proposal with Kennebunkport to completely renovate the guest areas. Some annoying neighbor is blocking it in an attempt to extort the Franciscans to sell part of the property. Who the hell extorts priests.

They plan to start remodelling project this year, can't wait to see the outcome.
