“So the other night I called the Biddeford store about purchasing some DVDs. Young man I talked to was very polite. Not only that we had a few laughs. The next day I took my DVDs into the store. Turned out the guy that helped me was the young man I talked on the phone the prior evening. Had quite a conversation with the guys at the counter bunch of laughs too.They bought my DVDs. I got more than I thought I was gonna get. Very impressed! I’ll be going back again!”
“Small toy shop packed with lots of toys! Like walking into a toy box. Everything was available to try or play with as we walked around. Staff was very helpful and patient. Of course, my kid wanted the one item in a certain color, that they didn't have in stock, so after checking the back and opening all the boxes, they kindly sold us the display model at a discounted price.”
“Nice gift shop with a good assortment of items and a very friendly owner! We got to hear about the origins of The Knotty Elephant book and the connection the owner's father, the author, had with the elephants that were the inspiration. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.”
