“I took my 2020 Audi S4 here twice in the past few years. The first time was for autobody work, the staff were very professional and kept me in the loop along the way with everything that was going on. Had driven it for over a year before I ran into an unrelated problem with coolant leaking; they did a full inspection of my car determined it was something internal with engine, and would have to go Audi for repairs. They didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work even though it sounds like they did quite a bit to figure out what the problem was. I appreciate the work/ help they did on car and would bring any of my cars back to their location. Very quick/ responsive team!”

“Recently my front differential took a big dump on me, although initially I had no clue what was wrong, I just knew it was transmission related and it wasn’t good. Several people recommended Paul so I went to his business and spoke with him. I felt comfortable with our conversation so I had my truck towed to his business. Long story short, Paul and his crew had me back on the road in under a week, and at a price point I felt was reasonable. Throughout the experience I felt comfortable with Paul’s knowledge, abilities, and integrity, and I just took it on a 200 mile test ride and all appears good. Would definitely recommend. “This really is an awesome service! I emailed on a Monday about new brake pads, rotors and an oil change. Chris replied within 5 minutes letting me know he had time that Thursday morning to come over and do the work.
He showed up (in the rain and snow) exactly when he said he would, did the work in just a couple of hours, took the car for a test drive to make sure everything was good and I think he even put air in my tires!
He left behind zero mess, was extremely friendly and professional and I doubt I could have gotten a better price at any local shop. I honestly can't think of any reason I wouldn't use Chris going forward.
Now I understand why some people make such a big deal about having an honest and dependable mechanic... And this one comes to you!”
“Had a great experience with Jimmy Dexter and Kevin Langlois. Jimmy took the time to listen to the situation I presented, my wants and needs, and put in effort to achieve my goals. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, a process which I felt was transparent and honest. He even came to my work to appraise my trade after hours when our schedules didn’t quite align. Above and beyond! Kevin Langlois was also very pleasant to work with in the finance department. He took the time to explain my options for warranty coverage, cost and coverage differences, and communicated with the lender to ensure the best possible financing terms.
