“The day after I purchased my car, someone backed into me on a roadway and damaged my grille, etc. Working with geico, committed collision got me right in to start repairs.
The turn around time was pretty quick.
Took about 7 business days to complete as they had to replace the entire grille etc. I had called mid way through for an update and I can't remember the man's name, but he explained which stage my car was at, what the next stages would be, and when it should be ready. He was very nice and right on point.
My front end looks just like it did when purchasing and you'd never know it was hit. Thank you soo much guys!! Very happy!”

“I wasn't actually at Dents r US. Theres a mechanic that has a shop in the same location. Its called S G Tri state auto brokers and a guy named Bill owns it. His knowledge is vast and his labor rates are on average. $80 per hr. He also sells used autos cheap and affordable. Thats where I bought my current car, 2005 Buick Park Ave.”

“Went to the car show. It may have been an open house because we had full access to the businesses in the building. In addition to viewing the cars on display, we were allowed to walk through the work areas and view in process projects. Live music was good and while I didn't sample it, food was being served out of the kitchen in the closed Far Out Diner. The weather was threatening rain which eventually arrived but the cars on display filled the parking lots.”

“Phenomenal Business-My story: I was on my way to a kayaking weekend in boothbay which was another 90 minutes away when my bike crashed through my rear window shattering glass everywhere. I frantically looked up nearby body shops and found Moody's. When I pulled up to the front office, An angel named Josh Paquette came out and stopped what he was doing to spend the next 75 minutes helping me remove the contents of my trunk. He vacuumed , air blew and hosed down my items and the trunk to remove all the shards of glass. He then installed layers of crash wrap on my windshield. When I looked around their beautiful, building, I was struck by the cleanliness and professional body shop. All the while Josh was reassuring me that it would be safe to drive my vehicle and that he would remove all the glass. When he finished, he refused to accept payment and said he was happy to help. I insisted on at leasing paying him for his hour and he refused. I had to share this story because Moody's is an incredible business with super high integrity and they care about their customers. I would give them all of my business and that of everyone I know because they are truly remarkable-especially Josh. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
