“I took my 2020 Audi S4 here twice in the past few years. The first time was for autobody work, the staff were very professional and kept me in the loop along the way with everything that was going on. Had driven it for over a year before I ran into an unrelated problem with coolant leaking; they did a full inspection of my car determined it was something internal with engine, and would have to go Audi for repairs. They didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work even though it sounds like they did quite a bit to figure out what the problem was. I appreciate the work/ help they did on car and would bring any of my cars back to their location. Very quick/ responsive team!”

With an appointment set up, I drove down from Portland, Maine and met Ali in person. A few hours later I drove home in my new Hyundai at a great price with a fair trade in value. The car was detailed and the extras that McFarland included, most notably the 3 years, 36k of service and exterior protective coating, helped to seal the deal.
