Chico's Off The Rack is an attractive outlet offering a fresh way to fill your closet with new deals every day on women's clothing, jewelry, and accessories. It provides some pretty good deals at prices you never thought possible. The selection, however, can be minimal with everything looking similar. Service is often incredible and helpful, with staff quickly and easily fitting customers. Shopping does not take long, and help is given when asked. There can sometimes be an issue at checkout with computers not working properly, requiring some time to resolve sales prices accurately.
Pleasant experience shopping at this location in Kittery, Elaine did a great job with helping me find some nice styles.

I know it’s an outlet but the selection was minimal. Everything in there looked similar. I walked out with two t-shirts instead of the super cute outfit I wanted for a photo shoot.
