“The staff is super nice at this location- and there are great deals but watch out as the loft clothing sizes are super random. For example I have a size 8 skirt, size small tank, size large sweater shirt and size medium t. Try the clothes on first and also watch out for final sale items!”

“I’m writing this review for my mother (she doesn’t know how). She had excellent service from the staff and especially the manager, Ron, who helped her find her size in a dress she loved. Ron was kind enough to order the dress for her and have it delivered to the store, and also honor the sale price it was listed as. The store was also immaculately clean and neat. Overall, amazing service and thank you from the both of us!”

“A wonderful shopping experience! All staff introduced themselves and were polite and pleasant. The store was impeccably clean and clothing was neatly arranged. I found nothing out of place or in the wrong size area. Prices were great! I was given my own dressing room with my name on it and the sales associates checked back to see if I needed any other sizes or items. I think this will be my "go to" store from now on. Thanks!”

“Here's the skinny on the Express outlet... if you actually are, you'll find a lot more from which to choose from here. These are actual descriptions of various types of clothing here: Skinny, Slim, Extra Slim, Fitted, Modern Fit, Classic. Classic appears to be the closest thing to a regular size. That doesn't mean if you have an above-average-sized waist you won't find anything here, but your selections are much more limited. But if what they have here fits you, you'll like the selection in terms of variety and color, and to a reasonable extent, size and price. Most things have a sale or outlet price, and additional tickets may be taken off at the register depending on if you're a member or use their store card. So bottom line, this store won't be for everyone, but if it's for you, you'll like what they sell.”

“This is one of my favorite outlet stores in Maine.They have a good sized assortment of clothing that is marked down to very reasonable prices.The last time I was in there I looked around for a while and saw three beautiful tops so I went ahead and tried them on. I was only going to take one of them since I was planning on going to a few other outlet stores in the area and did not want to spend all of my money in one place.They were all so nice that it was hard to pick but I thought about what I had at home for bottoms and accessories to go with the tops and finally I decided on a winner. The store was neatly organized and it was fun to browse what they had in stock.The signage on the clothing displays clearly showed any discounts available on the items.The sales floor and fitting rooms were spotless and I could tell that the store is well taken care of by the employees.The clerk at the cashier station was pleasant to deal with and I was satisfied with the service that I received.I will make it a point to come back to this store the next time I am in Maine doing some outlet shopping.”
