I was in at the outlet on Tuesday and the team that was working were so incredibly kind and helpful and the manager was also incredibly capable. I have been to this outlet so many times but I wanted to thank the staff from Tuesday May 5th in the morning!

I visited the Crate and Barrel Outlet in Kittery Maine and had amazing customer service provided by Taylor. She was kind, genuine, friendly and extremely helpful. We were looking to buy a dining room table and she really made the sale for us. We appreciate her help and making sure we left with the best table for our home.

Great experience at the Crate & Barrel Outlet. Both the floor staff and warehouse staff were very helpful. Taylor took the time to explain the deals and even helped me pick items to reach the threshold for a bigger discount. Really appreciate the help
