“I’ve been going to the Kittery traffic circle 711 for almost 25 years. One day I stopped in to the 286 Route one location near the outlets. I stood in line and watched an employee whose name is cat deal with a line of customers and she was giving off its really good friendly vibe to everybody and everybody was chatting with her. It was interesting to watch and when I got my chance, the same thing happen big smile, super friendly, and it’s a little convenient store. So after all over two decades, I’ve switched stores and I come here every day now I’ve never said anything to cat at all about it. I keep watching her do her job and do it well. If management knows what they’re doing they’ll promote this woman. Keep up the good work.”
