I spoke with Kaitlyn on the phone right before closing and she's very sweet and understanding and gave me lots of reassurance that the bag that I wanted would possibly still be on the shelf when I go there in a few days

There were at least 4 people there. Not one seemed interested in helping my boyfriend and I. We bought stuff in another store. I gave two stars just because I love Kate Spade, and I own quite a few pieces.

Nice and quiet in the store, I was the only one there. I bought the bag I wanted, check out was quick and easy. Staff was kind, couldn't really ask for anything more.
