Service is amazing!! They remembered my mom’s name from a previous visit and made sure they had a fitting room ready for her! Better than our experience at Nordstrom or any other high end retailers. Just wow!

I am not a shopper, needed something casual but special. Kristin B was amazing she had me try on about 8 outfits that I never would have even looked at twice and I ended up but 3. I will certainly be going back to shop when she is working.

Love this loft location in the Kittery Maine Outlets. The only loft outlet location that I know of has some actual deals in my area and I live in Nh.
