“This was a great visit! I was greeted as I walked in and made to be felt very welcome. I actually had scheduled service for a different problem I thought I had. However, when I got there I told them what was going on and they were going to check to see if it was something else which it was. The technician I had was very knowledgeable and the guy did an awesome job. My vehicle had been skipping when I would accelerate so I thought it might be the transmission but it turned out I had bad plugs and related stuff. They were able to fix it completely in less than 3 hours and again I can't speak highly enough of their whole team in Augusta. Same with the technician. I had him the last time I came in for a simple inspection but this guy knows his stuff for sure and they are not out there to gouge you or anything like that. I would recommend the Augusta VIP to anyone and it will save you a lot of money versus going to the dealership.”

“Thrilled that I found Al’s, after all the worries I wouldn’t find any mechanic in Augusta I could rely on & could take the car in.
Clear explanation of what the problems were & cost, which was about what I expected. and they went out of their way to get the parts and fix these problems…on a Friday. Plus they offered me free shuttle service to/from work.
They also use texting as a service, which I love. Very friendly & great service!!”

“Everyone was communicative and friendly. We had to go back a couple times because they didn’t have the correct filter, then they were out of oil, but we have a particular car so I was excited they could do it at all, and each time they did other free things for us, check engine light, fill tires etc. Just a great group there, super happy with the service. I’m old school, people as a general rule don’t take as much pride in their work anymore, but these guys do!!”
