“I was super impressed with the service! I went in for what I thought was going to be a quick brake repair, but with my old car it turned into an annoying and lengthy operation with many more parts needing replacement. With each new obstacle, the mechanics were honest and clear about my options and did everything they could to make the whole process more affordable. They even threw in an oil change, free of charge. Feeling very, very grateful!”

“I’ve been to this tire shop several times, and every single visit has been outstanding. The customer service is truly exceptional — the team is friendly, honest, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. They always explain things clearly, work efficiently, and treat you with genuine care. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured, just taken care of. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience!”

“Prompto admitted to damaging my car causing me to replace my oil pan and they refuse to reimburse me because I did not go back and give them the opportunity to fix it. They change oil and do not work on vehicles.”

“This was a great visit! I was greeted as I walked in and made to be felt very welcome. I actually had scheduled service for a different problem I thought I had. However, when I got there I told them what was going on and they were going to check to see if it was something else which it was. The technician I had was very knowledgeable and the guy did an awesome job. My vehicle had been skipping when I would accelerate so I thought it might be the transmission but it turned out I had bad plugs and related stuff. They were able to fix it completely in less than 3 hours and again I can't speak highly enough of their whole team in Augusta. Same with the technician. I had him the last time I came in for a simple inspection but this guy knows his stuff for sure and they are not out there to gouge you or anything like that. I would recommend the Augusta VIP to anyone and it will save you a lot of money versus going to the dealership.”

“Thrilled that I found Al’s, after all the worries I wouldn’t find any mechanic in Augusta I could rely on & could take the car in. Clear explanation of what the problems were & cost, which was about what I expected. and they went out of their way to get the parts and fix these problems…on a Friday. Plus they offered me free shuttle service to/from work. They also use texting as a service, which I love. Very friendly & great service!!”

“Between the customer service, reliability, and certified mechanic work, I won't ever take my car anywhere else! Not only are they so easy to deal with, they are quick, and willing to look at anything I ask them too, even if I'm just there for an oil change. Knowing the work they are doing is reliable takes so much stress off having anything done to my vehicle. Always 5 star service, and consistantly 100% satisfied!”

“Brought it in Thursday, had a quote by end of day, and it was fixed ahead of schedule on Friday. Chad was friendly and explained the problem and solution clearly. First class service.”
