“I have been a customer since 2018 and manage more than several accounts. It’s time for me to learn Norway banking online. I use online banking at another bank. For some reason I was having difficulty enrolling in Telebank at Norway savings bank online banking using my iPhone. After I called ahead to confirm that someone could guide me through signing up, I drove to my nearest branch, which is in Bridgton. I was greeted immediately and thankfully was offered a chair (my disability is obvious, Parkinson’s tremors and slow walking with two canes and knee brace). I was more wobbly than usual. A teller pleasantly made her arms available to assist me to sit, if needed. Brittlyn introduced herself and listened to my explanation and difficulty I was having with logging in. Within a few minutes she helped me set up my login for online banking. She took the time to stand by, while I tested logging in on my own successfully. She was so professional, friendly and helpful and even opened the doors for me to exit. What a relief to have online access! And what Excellent customer service!! On each visit to Norway Savings banks, in Bridgton, Naples and Windham that I use, there’s always friendly and professional service. It means a lot to me that how I’m treated at the bank reflects on how I place my trust in Norway Savings Bank to handle my money.”
