I originally stopped in for something simple—a direct deposit form for a new job. While I was there, I asked about some maintenance fees I had been seeing and whether there might be a better account option for my situation.
The employee who helped me immediately took the time to review my accounts, explain everything clearly, and look for solutions instead of simply answering my question and moving on. He noticed I had been incurring monthly fees on both my checking and savings accounts and went above and beyond by helping correct the issue, reversing several months of fees, and switching me into account types that were much better suited to my needs.
What stood out most was the way I was treated throughout the entire process. There was no judgment, no pressure, and no feeling of being rushed. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the best solution rather than the easiest one.
