“A little bit of everything here, Dunkin donuts and a sandwich shop wine beer even alcohol. Many meals for on the road travel and lunches locally. Service with a smile. Gas diesel and a hairdresser next door. One stop for quick fix on your road trips.”
“We live close by and found this food oasis by accident when a friend from DownEast Maine started working there and the food is 10++ stars and prices are very fair!. Try it once and you'll go back!.
Thanks Lisa for getting a job there!, lol.”
“Just moved here from southern Maine. No groceries yet. Have ordered twice from Mandy's. Best cheeseburger I have bought in a long time. Small 3 -item pizza was fantastic. Highly recommend!”
“Though they don’t offer a public restroom the nice lady at the counter heard my little say she needed to use a bathroom and she let us use theirs! Such a kind gesture we won’t forget! Thank you!”
“They Need new gas pumps. There the old kind So pay attention or you're going to be paying more than you'd like. Great people. A wide variety of items they'd get easily 5 Stars from me except for the gas pumps. Something for everyone a large selection of hardware, logging equipment, plumbing, landscaping. Name it call and ask they just might have it so you won't have to drive all the way to Bangor or Newport.”
“Has a great selection of items to purchase on the go. Would give 5 stars but they don't offer their restroom to the public (it was explained to me they've had quite a few issues from disrespectful customers). Very nice staff though!!”
“Good food ready to go at all hours of the day. Great for a quick stop on a work break.Recommendation: Catch them gravy & sausage hash browns in the morning ♥️.”
“Really nice store, big and clean. A ton of stuff for kids, different candies and snacks. A ton of different beer and wine for the adults too. Pizza, chicken, onion rings, fries, breadsticks, fried dough, etc. I still haven’t had something here I did not enjoy. Really a 10/10 store with a LOT of local products.”
“Deb's Variety truly does offer a variety of goods and services. First of all, the gas prices are very competitive with others in the area. Inside you'll find a wide selection of liquor, cold beer, a decent wine selection, plus your usual corner store beverages. They also have a small automotive section with different oils and car accessories you might need in a pinch. There's a selection of snacks and other grocery items also available. The hot food is also quite good. They have a fantastic deal where you get a 1.25-liter soda with any large pizza. Speaking of pizza, it's not bad for a gas station. The crust and base are pleasantly fluffy. The sauce is quite good and the cheese is pleasantly toasted. It's on the greasy side but has a good garlicky flavor to it. The french fries are a real winner. Both the standard and curly fries are crispy, light, and flavorful. My vegan wife likes the veggie sandwich as well. Finally, the people that run the shop are nothing but polite and friendly. I can recommend Deb's Variety without a doubt!”
“We recently stopped by this branch of Dysarts and ordered a pizza and onion rings. We ate at one of the small tables they have, though I expect most of their orders are takeout. The friendliness of the employees and the quality of the pizza matched what we have found in the other branches we have been to. The serving of onions rings, while not memorable, was fine and generous. This is a large convenience store with the higher prices you expect, but a better than average selection. Like other branches of Dysarts, you order your food and they give you a handwritten slip, which you take to the front register with your other purchases to pay for.”
