“The store manager, Andrew, was truly phenomenal. I noticed they had a product listed as “in stock” on their website but I am not a local to Maine, so I called and explained that I could not find this product anywhere else, they were seriously one of the only ones online that had the item for sale. Andrew quickly went and grabbed the item off the shelf and contacted the post office to ask how much it would be to ship the item, and then called me back to take my payment info over the phone — this was not a service they normally offer, but Andrew was completely happy to help someone out and ship the item to me. Andrew is seriously a rockstar employee and deserves some major praise. I can tell just from the few minutes that I spoke to him that he truly cares about his customers and his store, and wants to make all customers happy. I highly recommend that you shop at this hardware store. Seriously amazing customer service from them. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and if I’m ever in Newport, I will absolutely be stopping by to shake Andrew’s hand and become an in-person customer of theirs.
