“We had a great experience with this location. After calling around multiple pet stores for a specific brand of food for our puppy, the staff here were attentive and responsive to our needs, and stayed open for a couple of minutes past 5pm to make sure that we could get our food. When picking up the food, the staff was friendly, and even talked us through the food and a medication our puppy was on. I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience, despite coming in at close.”
“Very cute spot with creative pet toys and several adoptions for jackets etc.We were looking for royal or primal food-didn’t carry them. And didn’t have a huge selection of cat litter (not sure if it’s a back order thing or not).”
“Great shop with a wide selection of products! I do think some items are priced high, hopefully due to the manufacturer and not the business. A leash I wanted for my dog was $42.99 before taxes and the only fancy part was that it was reflective with a padded handle. I ended up getting some treats and toys but purchased my leash elsewhere.”
