“The hotel, amenities and surrounding property are all amazing. We stayed in the Main Inn with an ocean view, and the room was really nice. The Hilltop building was a bit far from the pool/spa for us, but has walk-out balconies and more elevated ocean views. The pool area is as class as they come. There's also a nice little path down to the ocean. Top notch resort in this part of Maine.”

I was there to promote my new book, and the experience was fantastic—the atmosphere was welcoming, well organized, and supportive of local authors and small businesses. “Great place to stay but beware of Vacasa. Something must have changed in their relationship with the resort because when I tried to book this season's stay, they told me there was no availability (at all, ever). Found out this isn't true and ended up booking through VRBO instead”
