“I ordered parts onlone a few days ago and the only place that had them was south paris store. I finally get a ride up there last night and GPS said 9:10 pm 10minutes after they closed. So I called and talked to Joshua and even though he had already worked 9 hours he was willing to go the extra mile and wait for me to get there late. I got there when I said I was going to and he was at the door with my parts I signed the receipt and was on my way. Thank you for going the extra mile.”

“The service folks at VIP O'Reilly Auto Parts in Norway , Maine ( in particular Toby and Cylas ) saved me from a very unfortunate experience when AAA randomly towed me there after my car broke down immobile on a steep hill in Maine 200-plus miles from my home on Cape Cod. i was at their mercy and they fitted me into their busy schedule , kept me informed on the diagnosis almost hourly , fixed the most pressing issues , of which there were many , and turned an inoperable car into not only one that would get me home , but one that ran better than I can remember it's run in years. The price was also quite reasonable in that they installed no unnecessary parts . I wound up paying only for know-how and labor. I highly recommend them.”
