“Just closed on a home yesterday through KSB with Andy and we had a wonderful experience! Andy was there to answer any questions and concerns, had a little craziness with paperwork not being in Maine at time of closing, but Andy kept all involved in the loop and prepared for plan B if need be. They don’t charge a high closing fee. A house purchase is a big expense and you want a good team working with you, we got that here! Thank you KSB and Andy!”
“I had my first mortgage with KFS. I was having a hard time jumping through hoops with a different bank I was working with because the house was a complete fixer upper. The KFS loan department went over my options and had me owning the property in no time. I recently just got a home equity loan from KFS and I couldnt be happier. I needed the loan fast fandom they were very understanding of my situation. They had the paperwork done about a week before I thought it was possible. I would definitely do more business with KFS.
