So glad I choose this bank, I'm sure everyone is nice I only spoke with Morey but if the right person sees this Morey needs a raise for kindness, having the right attitude. “I was banking with Capital One until today. I was looking for a bank or credit union with local branches. After doing a lot of research online I decided to open an account here. The people I encountered were very friendly and 100% professional. They took the time to answer each of my questions. They got me setup with online banking. They even made me a debit card right on the spot. It once took me 3 weeks to get one with Capital One. Imagine 3 weeks without a debit card and no local branches to withdraw money. Nope. Not doing that again. If today's experience is a normal customer experience, I will be here forever! 100% recommend! 100% satisfied!”
