go to Kennebunkport location if you want a funner, friendlier, and more personable experience. They will offer you more knowledge of the pieces and treat you with genuine kindness. This location needs to work on appreciating the customers business. It is not welcoming and is uncomfortable

Was there today to see if my necklace which is a cremation necklace could be fixed was so tangled .. not only did they fix it the 3 ladies there I felt like I have known my whole life made new friends today
