“I am writing this review to publicly acknowledge the outstanding service and guidance I received from Joanie Monteith and the staff of the Ogunquit branch of Bangor Savings. As a fledgling business owner, there was much I did not know about business plans, application processes, required documents, etc., when opening accounts and starting the process of purchasing our business. Joanie was warm, friendly and patient, taking me under her wing through each step. My lack of experience or knowledge did not sway or discourage her from taking the time necessary to help me understand my business plan, receiving a loan and the grand undertaking we were amidst. I felt she treated us with the utmost respect, as if we had been business owner for years. I have been a member of the Bangor Savings family since high school, but never needed the banks assistance in the way I did with this endeavor. The information and knowledge I received from Joanie exceeded well beyond my expectations! I can't thank her and everyone at the Ogunquit branch for what they did for us. Thank you!”

“Thank you so much Martha for the exceptional service today I know when I go to any TD Bank North the customer service is great I think the drive-thru was a very important thing most banks have gotten rid of them hopefully they never do on that note where credit is due need to get money out of my business account to pay my employee ask for some federals rolls after that was done and there wasn't a problem other banks that seems like it was an issue but thank you again Martha for making the TD Bank that I belong to never an issue have a great day ???”

“I've been banking at Kennebunk Savings Bank for many years. In fact, if my memory is serving me correctly, my original banking with KSB had to be in Kennebunk. Now, with their online access to accounts and it seeming like I pass a branch no matter where I go, I can't imagine a better place to bank locally. Tellers, managers and customer support have always been friendly and helpful. The only issue I've had with KSB is trying out their new credit card. It's unfortunate that they have put their name on something that they cannot manage and is not connected to their online services. I closed my account within the 1st week of rude, unhelpful mismanagement by Elan Financial Services. The good news is that I no longer have to endure a service that doesn't even remotely match my past experiences with Kennebunk Savings Bank.”
