“I am a new member of this financial institution. I applied for a small loan and misunderstood the instructions and showed up at the Sommersworth NH branch before my loan had fully processed. They didn’t send me away. Isaac and the branch manager (I didn’t get her name) called and had the loan processed while I waited. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to drive the 45min back home and wait. Customer service at most business has become an afterthought but not at Service Credit Union. “Top rate bank...great and friendly staff. Can be tough to get a loan, but they are great if you have leverage. Had a relative get a loan with zero credit.....a 70k condo....putting 40K down....nobody would loan them the money.....but Provident did. They got shot down by at least 6 banks/lenders....but Provident was smart enough to look at the big picture. Anyhow....we have a loan with great rate. And 3 different accounts.....if you have great credit, they are awesome.....and have awesome rates. They are hit and miss though.....you have to ask what they loan for..... Great community bank....although, they just went public......stock is coming soon!”

“My wife and I have been doing our personal banking at Bangor savings bank for the last 8 years and we absolutely love it and love everything about it from each branch the staff how friendly they are how they're always looking out for you as a matter fact on multiple occasions I've gotten phone calls from Bangor Savings Bank fraudulent protection department inquiring if I used my card in certain areas and wanting to know if I spent money at certain places this alone is absolutely amazing in my opinion for customer service as they put a quick stop to what could've been a huge amount of money lost but instead they save me the aggravation and them too I cannot stay enough about the staff at all the locations they're friendly helpful and knowledgeable it is truly a pleasure doing business at Bangor savings bank and if I was to list every single person they're probably wouldn't be enough room on this particular testimonial but I will say this from every tell her to manager to branch manager and up-and-down Bangor savings bank they are hands-down number one.”

“This Place is great. Very good I got a rate that was really low, way lower than my Regular Bank. And if you open a savings account I think they give you a even Better rate for a Loan. I don't know what the loan is, but I know they gave me the best rate I've ever gotten for a Loan. I think it may have been around 4 or 5 Percent. Very Friendly and Caring Employees here.
