“Store is super cute, but I got a blind date with a book and I’m extremely disappointed. Nowhere did it say anything about the books being secondhand, which isn’t the biggest issue but would be nice to know. It being a used book EDIT: the store was incredible with remedying this issue, they sent a full refund and an apology gift to us, even with us living out of state! Got a few cool new items and very happy with the stores response.
didn’t match the rest of the store’s vibe. It was also a completely inaccurate description, and the book was THIRD IN A SERIES WITHOUT MENTION!!! Any readers know this is a big issue, especially because it’s a series you need to read in order. “Nice gift shop with a good assortment of items and a very friendly owner! We got to hear about the origins of The Knotty Elephant book and the connection the owner's father, the author, had with the elephants that were the inspiration. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.”
“YCCC is a great school with an awesome staff. They are very helpful. Their blackboard and website is extremely user friendly. If you need help all you have to do is ask anyone and they will point you in the right direction. The admin are very encouraging and supportive. Took me a year and half from start to finish to complete my Behavioral Health Degree. Best decision I have made.”
