InnSeason Resorts The Falls at Ogunquit offers great rooms for the price, with some being a great size and well equipped. Rooms can include a king bed, pull out couch, kitchenette, and a jacuzzi tub. The resort is in a great location, a short walk from the beach and near many restaurants. Amenities include an indoor pool and a smoking area. The staff is consistently noted as super friendly, very kind, and accommodating. Some minor issues, like a sauna out of order, did not detract from the positive experience. Many guests state they would definitely stay again and enjoy their time at the resort.
Room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Staff was super friendly. Smoking area was pretty basic and exposed to weather, but at least smoking areas are offered. Sauna was out of order while we were there, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Went here for our Anniversary getaway. The room we had was a great size we were very impressed. Love the jacuzzi tub in the room. Location was great many restaurants around especially my favorite (Beachfire Grille). We will definitely be coming back.

Nice place, great room with jacuzzi, friendly staff, good location, great price. Didn't get to use the indoor pool but it looked nice.
