Studio East Motel is noted for its very clean rooms at competitive prices. The staff is consistently described as incredibly friendly, professional, courteous, and hardworking. Guests appreciate the great service and find it a great place to stay. The location is a major highlight, right in town with excellent walkability. It is within walking distance to all stores, restaurants, shops, the ocean, and the beach. Guests love not having to move their car. The motel offers pet-friendly rooms. Amenities include a new heated swimming pool, which is very appreciated, and rooms with small kitchens containing equipment that looks new, such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. There is a designated smoking area outside. A strict policy charges a fee for smoking in rooms. Overall, guests would definitely stay there again.

Just had a WONDERFUL stay at Studio East in Ogunquit Me. All members of the staff were helpful and cheerful. Our room was spotless and kept that way daily. The location is perfect and very walkable to the area. Oh, did I mention the facility is pet friendly, very much so. We will be back soon! Lynn, Mike and Gus.
