“Garrett did an amazing job. Attention to detail and communication was amazing throughout the process. Our 2015 Landrover LR4 had extreme water damage from a hole in a sun roof drain. Garrett was able to identify where the leak was coming from, rip out the old carpet and install new carpets throughout the vehicle. When we picked it up, it looked and smelled brand new. He also did a great job working with my insurance company. It's refreshing to work with a small business that takes so much pride in their work. “Truly, this place is amazing! I called two other places first and never got a response and I wish I'd just called Maine Recon first. I was scheduled in quickly to get a bunch of tree sap removed and the results surpassed my expectation. It's clear that for Josh and his team, detailing is not just a job but a CRAFT. They treated my Hyundai with the same care they would give a fancy car and the results were amazing. I don't think my car looked this pristine when it came off the manufacturing assembly line! Josh was fantastic at explaining every step of the process in plain language and making sure the job was done quickly, efficiently, and up to his impeccable standards. Their waiting area was also super cozy with a sofa, mini fireplace, wifi, and stocked fridge. Can't say enough great things about Maine Recon! The rugs, leather seats and everything inside is refreshed like new. The exterior is shiny and smooth after he put the clay bar to it. Even the exhaust pipes and all the chrome shines.”

“As far as automatic car washes go, this one is pretty decent. For a couple of reasons. Two regular bays and a soft wash bay. There are 5 options ranging from a basic $10 wash up to a $22 wash. Two of the washes offer an under carriage bath for those salty roads in the winter. I went with a $20 wash that also waxed. Ceramic coating is offered on the highest end. My vehicle came out looking great for a machine that did the cleaning. What I took away from this is that there are choices. From rinsing to cleaning and protecting. There are also membership washes to help save more and keeping your vehicle clean.”
“I was told about the "fancy light show," but let me assure you, there is no fancy light show whatsoever. Just some flashing red, green, and blue. I felt like I was getting pulled over by the police at Christmastime in a foamy storm. Find your light show somewhere else, people. Thankfully, they don't actually advertise a fancy light show. The wash itself was serviceable.”

“This gas station has the best automatic car wash in the greater Portland area. I used to go to Scrub-a-Dub but my car always had more scratches on it after being washed there. Ever since I started washing it here, there have been no additional scratches on it. It also seems to do a better job than the one at Irving (Cash Corner) or the one on Broadway across from the bowling alley, which is super fancy but always leaves parts of the car dirty and applies way too much wax. The simple, unassuming car wash at Big Apple cleans thoroughly, doesn't scratch, and doesn't over-apply wax. What more could you want?”

“Great facilities and good selection. Impeccably clean restrooms. I'm superior a very convenient location right off of the highway. The staff were courteous and helpful. Good amount of parking. They also offer free vacuuming service but service but I think you have to purchase a car wash in order to receive the vacuum service.”
“In terms of automated car wash this one by far the best one I’ve been to all the others have missed spots on my truck. Manager, steve is quite knowledgeable, and very helpful with any questions. Vacuums are free which is really helpful when you drag around with much dirt as I do, I will definitely come back to this car wash”

“I had to ask to get the back of my car sprayed, The guy did a quick spray on one side of the front and that was it. Most car washes I have gone to spray the front back and both sides, Not here. Maybe next time. BTW, I have the ultra plan.”
“Not a great experience here. We paid our money for the car wash, drove in, door closed and the car wash didn't start. We were trapped. Called the adjacent gas station who then phoned the owner of the car wash and we had to wait for him to come in through the side door and fix everything. Normally I would rate 1 star for an experience like this but the owner was very nice and upgraded our wash, too bad it was a rental!!”
“I went to wash my truck tonight after work, and I thought it worked great! I got a lot of soap, the wax was really spraying heavy, and I didn't have any problems. This is my first time, but if it's like this every time I go, I'm going to be very happy with Tom Cat car wash. Time will tell, and I'm hopeful it will be great next time.”

“I think I found my new carwash. The wash is attended by a couple of men, and they guide and prewash your car. For a machine, it does a decent job on the wheels. I have a pickup truck, so rear windows and tailgates need touch-ups from water spots, and the gate doesn't really get cleaned well. Other than that, there are a variety of services. I bought a mid level for $17 a month, and that's pretty economical.”
